AVAILABILITY: Its available after June till September, for Indians of all ages who are fit to travel in the mountains; no trekking or strenuous walks are incorporated.
A hired transport will drive you from Manali to Kaza, over Rohtang Pass and Kunzum Pass and with views of gigantic mountains and rivers, driving through Losar, to arrive at campsite near Kaza (at a nice location that’s the advantage of being onboard Taurus) for dinner and night onboard Taurus.

After morning tea and breakfast visit Tabo Monastery in hired transport. Visit Kaza. Night onboard Taurus.
After breakfast, visit the villages of Langza (second highest motorable village after Komik, known as village of fossils with a huge Buddha statue overlooking the valley, probably the largest in India) and Hikkim (village has highest post office in the world). Dinner and night stay onboard Taurus around outside Kaza.
Enjoy your morning tea and breakfast with amazing views. Visit Ki Monastery (perched on picturesque hilltop offering commanding view of the valley. Its the oldest and the biggest monastery in the Lahaul and Spiti district and a religious training centre for Lamas. It is home to around 300 lamas who receive their religious education here), Kibber (one of the highest motorable villages in the world) and Chicham (drive over one of the highest bridges in the world, view to admire and unlimited photography) in a hired transport. After visiting these villages, arrive at a hired camp to visit Chandertal Lake for night stay. Enjoy your evening at the Lake; you will be served tea and dinner as per the facilities available at the camp.

We can organise your stay at Manali on arrival, if you wish, at extra cost. Though, we suggest you do ‘online booking’ for special offers for hotels at Manali which may work cheaper, this is the reason why we have made this as optional.
EXTENSION OF THE TOUR
If you wish to extend your stay in Spiti we can offer the following as extra:
- Stay 2 nights onboard Taurus in Pin Valley, as a group, if there is vacancy
- You may stay as individuals onboard Taurus at our camp around Kaza, if there is vacancy.
WHAT IS INCLUDED
- Transport from Manali to Spiti Valley.
- Transport for excursions in Spiti as per the itinerary.
- All veg meals onboard Taurus.
- Night stay near Chandertal in a hired camp on triple sharing basis with one dinner and breakfast.
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED
- Anything which is not mentioned in WHAT IS INCLUDED.
- Hotel at manali on arrival and after the trip.
- Meals outside Taurus is personal choice and at extra cost.
- Meals while travelling.
- Any stay or transport extra other than the prescribed in the itinerary shall be at extra cost, reasons could be any
