    Taurus – India’s First Luxury Overland Truck, is a complete mobile camping (mobile glamping) new concept – it’s “Swiss army” of RVs (recreational vehicles) in India. It has been designed and being operated by an experienced and passionate professional team  to support the Mission: Nature Conservation Through Tourism & Photography in India.

    Technically, Taurus is ‘Overland Truck’, we may call it an “RV” (recreational vehicle), a caravan/ campervan to taste vanlife – one of its kind in the tourism industry as of now. It’s a self-contained mobile camping unit, people have started calling Taurus as “mobile glamping” considering what it delivers in wilderness at exotic and secluded locations where one can’t even find basic facilities for a cup of tea. Taurus is designed to carry 8 guests but can host around 25 people in total wilderness away from touristy destinations at secluded and exotic locations; isolated from the humdrum of ‘run of the mill’ holidays, away from touristy crowds. Absolutely private and exclusive vacation in royal style! Rustic yet aristocratic! It offers lifetime experience, unlimited bragging rights. 

    The design of our RV is very unique, it will make you extra comfortable on your experiential holidays. It offers rustic nomadic experience with a touch of aristocracy which only royals and the rich could afford. Imagine, being at a secluded beach with your soulmate beloved enjoying a fresh cup of tea and hot snacks and barbecue, where for miles you won’t see any human interference, no tourists crowds, spots surrounded by pristine virgin sand dunes (the Thar Desert) to enjoy sunrise and sunset in total privacy and absolute comfort. And we generally  camp next to gurgling mountain streams, set up a lakeside or riverside camp, best of countryside flavor. It’s a camping holiday for totally different kind of experiences of life, its a luxury for outdoors and nomadic rustic overlanding road trip. Many people in the industry call it “mobile glamping”. 

    Since it’s inception, we have been boasting of being the most hygienic camping in India, as our cleanliness practices are of highest standard and are difficult to pursue and match as a routine. And by default our design ensures ‘social distancing’ much needed for today’s scenario post Corona virus/ COVID-19. 

    What else, you have an experienced Indian Army Veteran to escort you, whose experience is a treat for the guests to enjoy. Capt Suresh Sharma is always there to ensure the quality delivery of the hospitality. And he will share his experiences of life, action in battlefield, photography, snakes, overlanding vehicles, accrued over 35 years etc. 

    This mobile camp enables travel photographers with unique and complete logistics which no one can provide in India as of now for the best night photography experience (astrophotography, light painting, star-trails, time lapse, milkyway, stargazing). Imagine, you are 50 kms away from the nearest city/ town for uninterrupted night sky and you get a set up where there is unlimited electricity facility for charging  of batteries, there is a kitchen to keep you warm with fresh tea and hot snacks and fresh meal, toilet, place to take a cat nap or sleep while your camera is shooting stars and you may shoot for the whole night, as you don’t have to rush to your hotel room after the shoot that saves time, energy and effort.
